About Vicki Brook

I was set on being an artist from a young age, and followed the training route through Art College in Bath, then onto Brighton University where I studied Fine Art Printmaking. Life, of course, always takes over and my career path took a turn which eventually led me to marketing- in particular digital marketing, working for both local and national charities such as The National Trust, before working in marketing for environmental sciences.

There were long periods during this time that I longed to get back into the world of fine art, but being a full time working mum to two wonderful girls I didn't have much time for anything else!

2021 bought dramatic changes to mine and my daughters lives, and with this I decided to buckle down and get back to my passion for creation. Combined with renovating a small Victorian terrace as a sanctuary for myself and my children, I find a peace and stillness where the world is whisked away when I pick up my brushes and pens. I hope to inspire some joy to those who like my work!
